I’m Valdet Selimaj, a passionate people development and self-care professional. My background is in learning and development, with a focus on leadership and team development. I hold multiple certifications in areas like communication, leadership, and human performance.

My educational background is in psychology, and I’m currently pursuing my degree in Psychology at Wilmington University. My goal is to become a social psychologist. As a forever student, I am always eager to build on my academic foundation. I am a member of Psi Chi, the international honor society in psychology.
