The Second Week of the Coaching Certification Program at EASTON is open

The Second Week of the Coaching Certification Program at EASTON is open to experienced coaches who are interested in deepening their skills and enhancing the work they do with their clients. We will focus on three dimensions:
1) specific gay coaching issues such as coming out, disclosing HIV status, dating, self-esteem, etc.,
2) coaching presence and mindfulness
3) reflective thinking

We will work with three books:
The Velvet Rage, A. Downs
Coaching Presence from D. Silsbee
More Time to Think from N. Kline

The dates are March 18 – 23, 2018

Testimonials for Damian’s Coaching Training:

"I received my International Coach Federation Certified Professional Coach training from this fantastic program. This is the ONLY program in the world that has additional content to better serve LGBT! Being fully immersed in the world of coaching was transformative for me personally. As a result, I decided to change careers, leave my full-time job and pursue my life's work. I am now 100% self-employed and empower others through coaching to make their dreams reality."

"My training with Damian Goldvarg was incredibly valuable. His stylistically diverse lessons, coupled with hands-on practical exercises and activities helped me feel, and act, like a competent professional coach in a relatively short amount of time. I feel very grateful for the opportunity to work with Damian, and I highly recommend his program."

Wil Fisher

“Damian Goldvarg is an amazing teacher. Actually, that descriptor falls very short of conveying the depth and breadth of not only his knowledge of content but his skills as a trainer. Curiosity is a fundamental of coaching and Damian continues to be curious and nurtures that characteristic in his students.

I was fortunate to not only be a student and graduate of the first gay coaches training at Easton but was privileged to support the students and Damian for the first 5 days of the second gay coaches training. Both experiences nourished my passion for coaching.”

“I attended my first GCA Conference in 2017, and I don’t know why I waited so long to participate! I learned from professional coaching peers, and I found my gay coaches tribe! GCA members created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for me and other first-timers, and I created lasting friendships that continue throughout the year. Easton Mountain is the perfect place to get away from the busy-ness of my coaching business and re-energize with fellow gay coaches. I marked my calendar for the 2018 GCA Conference, and you need to be there, too.”
