I had the great fortune to lead my 5th workshop at Easton Mountain a couple of weeks ago. The workshop was attended by 10 men. Our focus was on different expressions of touch, including, of course, massage. We also focused on letting go of our "old stories" and opening up to bringing in a new story. Besides the touch, the weekend was enhanced by bringing movement into the weekend to include embodiment.
Relatedly, so much of our time as coaches is spent in our heads. Bringing body awareness to our sessions adds a component that can increase awareness for the client and to help them go deeper and help them to access presence. Over the last few years, I have seen this component add value for my clients and help them to calm anxiety around change, so as to take a different look at what is possible for them.
My next Soulful Touch workshop is being planned for next Spring. I am grateful to Easton Mountain for the opportunity to teach and share my gifts.
