Hello Friends,

I am excited to share that I am now a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida. I am thrilled to have this dual background and training in counseling and coaching because I think they complement each other well and support me to be a really useful practitioner; simply put, I see the counseling skills as helping me understand the dynamics of the human psyche better and emotional regulation, and the coaching skills as supporting me with creating accountability with clients and real transformative change (not just tolerating victim-y attitudes). I think my coaching background helps me be a better counselor, and my counseling background a better coach. Inspired to share the news, as this is a time of career development and immersion for me -- discovering my "labor of love".
