Here are some words from a couple of the graduates. Thank you for sharing your experience with us:

"The gay coaches training went well beyond my highest expectations of what a coach training could be!  In addition to acquiring ICF accredited competencies for becoming a certified coach, this was also a deeply transformative process on both a personal and professional level.  In just six months, I received the support and training to step more fully into my own presence and power not only as a coach, but in every aspect of my life.

Damian is so incredibly gifted as a teacher and mentor and his programming was brilliant, engaging and inspiring. He brought in a stellar group of guest teachers, coaches and mentors who also added so much to the whole experience.

Finally, it was a blessing to be able to share the process with other gay men, on site at Easton Mountain. The sense of community and collective sharing was life changing.

I recommend it highly and will be spreading the word!"

"Our second week of training was filled with lots of discussion and exploration which was stimulating, fulfilling and exhausting. Damian did a great job as usual and we had the added benefit of some great guest speakers including Tony Zampella, Dave Allen and Harry Faddis. There was and is a lot to process and take away! One of the things that stood out for me was Harry telling us that a big difference with this program compared to others, is that ours has a home: Easton Mountain. How fortunate we are!"
