I have developed a program to combine DISC assessments with an experiential sailing experience on Boston Harbor. The target is corporate teams. Wherever you are in the country, you could potentially substitute other activities such as outdoor scavenger hunts or other team activities to create a similar program.

Teams will gain powerful skills for enhancing individual and team performance while enjoying some well-earned outdoor fun.

In my case, I developed a full day program that combines a proven team-building curriculum with a series of sailing drills designed to enhance trust, cohesion and communication among team members with no sailing experience necessary.

Key Benefits:

Each participant will receive an individual style profile (DISC assessment) that will include an inventory of strengths along with potential blind spot areas.

• Team development opportunities will be provided through a team style map to increase group’s ability to achieve shared goals.
  
  
• Increased awareness for building trust, flexibility and communication through competitive sailing relays designed to enhance learning.
  
  
• Introduction to the sport of sailing by a leading sailing school with professional instructors on each boat.
