GCA has a Membership Committee!

The Gay Coaches Alliance (GCA) is pleased to announce that we have formed a Membership Committee! The number of gay men who have joined the ranks of our community in the last year has been exponential. We are now proud to say that our membership has exceeded 150 members in GCA and we look forward to engaging our members!

The Gay Coaches Alliance (GCA) is pleased to announce that we have formed a Membership Committee! The number of gay men who have joined the ranks of our community in the last year has been exponential. We are now proud to say that our membership has exceeded 150 members in GCA and we look forward to engaging our members!

The goals of the newly formed Membership Committee are to bring attention to the experience of members throughout their time in GCA. Our primary goal is to ensure that members feel welcomed and supported throughout the year and throughout their time in our ranks. You will see the attached graphic (below) that illustrates our goals for supporting men before, during and after being part of our community.

GCA will be surveying the membership in the next few months about your experiences in the GCA. We are encouraging participation from as many of you as possible. Please keep your eyes peeled for more information about this survey and when it will occur. We hope to make this an annual opportunity to gather data about how we are doing, what is working well and what we can do better. We would welcome any feedback that you might have about the goals of the Membership Committee.
