Appreciation for Michael Cohen

Sometimes, you meet people, and you immediately are drawn to them and can appreciate their commitment to their profession and to the gay coaches community.

Michael is that person. His dedication and hard work were spoken of throughout the time that I have been a GCA member. Michael is also a role-model for practicing self-care and being able to practice self-care after selflessly giving a great deal of his free time and his own resources to lead the Conference into the event that it is today. His knowledge, wisdom, and experience enriched the lives of the many men of the GCA throughout the years.

Michael, on behalf of the 2020 Conference Committee, we thank you for the road you have paved for the new leaders and members of the GCA community. Your light has shined on all of us and we are forever grateful.
