In response to COVID-19, and not being able to teach in person at this time, I have been offering weekly online events. I am leading a Meditation Gathering
each Tuesday from 7:00pm – 8:00pm EDT.
This program has a different theme each week (like self-compassion, creating inner peace, etc.) and includes simple and easy meditations for centering, relaxation, and letting go of stress and tension. No prior meditation experience required. In addition, each Thursday evening from 8:30pm – 9:30pm EDT, I am facilitating a Healing Circle. This is an opportunity to get together in community, share what is going on, and then be led through a few different experiences to help with creating more connection and also inner balance and personal healing. We also often have weekly guest presenters offering live music, movement, or sharing other gifts. These classes are open to anyone, and are free.
